Business Plan

Empowering women is the fundamental right of women. They can have equal rights to participate in education, society, economics, and politics. They are allowed to have higher education and treated in the way like men, but unfortunately, women are still facing problems in their domestic, working, or social lives. Top income groups are accessing the courts for their problems, but the lower-income group does not have sufficient resources.

There is not even one organization so far in Montreal that provides legal aid for low-income women to resolve any legal issue individually. Every woman has the right to grow up and live free from violence and fear. Yet millions of Latin women around the world are vulnerable to gender-specific, physical violence, sexual abuse, negligence, etc.

The following are the legal issues that women are facing:

House for Women's Legal Support is providing legal support to Latin women, but it is not limited to them as we are targeting all women. Our primary focus is to serve low-income groups to get their rights and freedom in society to gain equality. Women can raise their voice at our non-profit platform to develop their success paths.

With the support of legal advisors, lawyers, and extensive research, the cases will be solved. Through this, women can increase their opportunities to move forward in the society. It will advantage the economy to adopt structural changes ethically.

Women Legal Justice

Women living in poverty experience more frequent and more complex, interrelated legal problems; “intersectionality” can lead to cumulative disadvantage. In other words, every additional legal issue someone experiences increase their probability of experiencing more problems, especially people living in poverty.

Justice for women is first and foremost a fundamental human right
The following are the five approaches for women’s justice:
